Electronics leader

• respond to calls from German-speaking customers,
• help with repairs, warranties, parts and minor defects,
• look for solutions remotely (so that the service technician can have a rest),
• match products to customers in response to their needs,
• work with a CRM system - great if you are familiar with SAS Customer Intelligence.

• People with German at C1 level - fluent, confident, stress-free,
• with experience in customer or technical service (not a “MUST”, just will be easier for you),
• with a bit of technical intuition - you dont have to be an engineer, its enough that you can think logically,
• with a positive approach to people and challenges - because a smile can be heard even on the phone,
• English? nice to have, but not required.

• a salary of PLN 7,500 gross on an employment contract (stable, with all benefits),
• bonus up to 800 PLN gross,
• a job in a modern office in Katowice,
